Pluses - Pool was great. All Staff were friendly and responsive. Minuses - the AC/Heat temperature control was horrible and couldn't be changed due to seasonal settings

This is graded 5 but should be a 4 and possibly lower. Room was in need of maintenance and there was evidence of mould in the shower. Carpet was stained and fitted furniture scratched and damaged. Mini fridge was dirty and turned off on removing key card on exit. Penthouse restaurant is good for breakfast but items not replenished regularly.

Car park is absolutely a mess. Front car park is fully occupied by customers of Starbucks and shopping centre. No proper ballet. Under 40degree weather carrying your luggage from awkward and.far rear car park is not great!! Minibar in room is empty. 4 star hotel in Sofia had a full minibar with many drinks and snacks. They force you to buy and wear a plastic on your head in the pool. Breakfast has good options.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Edirne and this is by far the nicest. Bedding is nice. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Bathrooms are relatively clean. It’s nice. If you’re staying in Edirne and want a good feeling, just stay here. Price seems to fluctuate, but anytime it isn’t too high, I’m very happy to book at Margi.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.. The rooms are good size.. There is a Starbucks next to the lobby. Excellent value for the money.
