Close to hospital

Booked a wrong location. No refund . $250 gone. Not using Expedia again .

Not great. Had small square pillows. Only provided 2 sets of towels, handtowels and wash cloths when we checked in for 3 people. The drain in the bathroom had hair and gunk in it and had the drain stop pulled out. The office chair in the bedroom area white stuff at the edge of the chair. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. We went to check out at 740 ish, there were 4 of us in line waiting and no one ever came and we had to get going. I had to write on a sticky note providing the check out time with our room key. 2 of us did this in order for us to leave since no one came. The breakfast area was small, had very little bacon, was out of coffee and had no eggs. The lady who checked us in was nice but that was the best part of it all.

Our room was dirty. It had trash on floor hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned either. We questioned the bedding too! Furniture and lobby was trash. Old worn out! Television was on its way out too! We expected much nicer hotel than it was.

The air in the rooms was not working I was sweating all night. The whole hotel was really hot.

One of the beds had a sheet that looked like gauze. Very yellow and thin. Had to use the sheet that we would have covered with. Worst part was when we went to breakfast at 8 am. Very little eggs and they were dry. Not much of a selection. When we got back to room I was going to shower. Luckily realized I had no towels! Cleaning had come into our room and removed them before we checked out! This is totally unacceptable. No one should come into a room that is obviously still occupied! I would never recommend a Wyndham to anyone!!

Hotel needs a major renovation.Bathroom shower was moldy and leaky, always water on the floor. We stayed for 6 nights, never enough towels, each day we had to ask for towels. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location. Staff was accommodating.

Very reasonably priced but poor service. Especially had to ask for towels and wash cloths almost every day. Facility needs upgrades and repair. One elevator broken, and other disrepair. Decent breakfast.

The cleaning staff gave it a poor effort. Coffee was spilled on the tile floor. Rather than clean it up they put a slippery floor sign up. Things were broken and not repaired in the bathroom. Elevator was awful and slow. Only 1 elevator worked. Pool was a glorified birdbath full of feathers and poop.

In the evening when we arrived, the lady at the front desk was rude and look like she would wanna be anywhere else, but there, but the lady in the morning made up for the rudeness of the lady in the evening

Booked through Expedia and when I showed up they had canceled my reservations and charged me 189 dollars cancellation charges.
