The place is ok

Great stay grocery store within walking distance. Dominos pizza, army wings hsbc , stander also within walking distance. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Will be returning on our next trip .

I used stay at this property but need a lot improvement I wouldn't stay again there

Cómodo y funcional

Rooms are small but have enough for a business trip. The room had a strange odor that make cough during the night.

Muy calma y quieta, desayunos excelente, cuartos simple pero con ducha de agua caliente, cerca la Nueva de autobuses y el aeropuerto y el Tlaquepaque. Agredezco con este hotel

Everything good

Dirty towels, power went out for an hour, no lights or water for an hour. Hot room and run down

The staff was always so helpful, I truly enjoyed their service. Room 507 had some difficulty keeping hot water in the shower for more than 5 minutes. Did not enjoyed that at all. We were always in a hurry to leave the room so we dealt with it at the time.

Habitación sucia con puerta de baño en malas condiciones (estaba levantada de la parte de abajo y con moho). Piso sucio. No había toalla para manos. Mueble de clóset maltratado. Cama dura, no comida. Cojines chicos e incómodos.

Service was excellent, only suggestions a better mattress. We stayes 3 night's and our back hurts from hard mattress.
