Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect. My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna.

Nice hotel in the centrum. The rooms are excellent, breakfast also. The fitness center is poor, the mood of the staff is various.

This was our first time to Karlovy Vary. It truly is set in a fairy tale like setting. Absolutely gorgeous town. Definitely a must see to believe place. The hotel was really charming. Had the feel of the magical city that surrounds it with modern amenities. The room was big & beautifully designed. Bathroom even had a bidet! The view was outstanding. The only negative i would say is that the bed & pillows were a bit lumpy but not enough to cause a lot of discomfort. Also, the bathtub had NO shower curtain or doors to enclose the tub. All there they had was narrow glass wall about 24" wide where the sink & tub plumbing are. The rest is completely opened. This created a lot of water on the floor while showering as well as a draft. Not sure if this is a European thing or simply a design over-sight. We stayed at other hotels in our European countries but they all had normal bathtub enclosures. The bathroom was gorgeous so we didn't care that much about this issue. The hotels restaurant was beautiful too & great food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit Karlovy Vary. Its central to the entire resort town! We didnt really experience their medical & spa services except for a nice Thai massage which was nice. The pool on the top floor was spectacular with a nice balcony overlooking the city!

Great location, very nice room, great customer service. But, food was OK, robs provided were too small, tried to purchase umbrella as stated in info guide, but none were available, purchased one in the city square.

SERVICE IS GREAT THE BREAKFAST IS VERY NICE. VERY UNDERSTANDING FRONT DESK----- LATE CHECK OUT EXTRA PILLOW,TOWELS. VERY RELAXING AND PLEASANT.

We arrived at the hotel around 4PM, the staff don't speak English so they are not that helpful. The SPA: The SPA is open until 8PM but there is no staff to give you any kind of treatment. So we said at least we will enjoy the pool - the pool was freezing cold, we wanted to order SPA treatment for the next day but the guy said that there is no need to order just come at 8am. We came and the only available treatments were for after 13:00...... The Rooms: The room was nice but there was a festival outside with a lot of noise so we had to close the window and the AC was not working our window was shacking from the noise. When we called the front desk they said that there are no available rooms. We came for a three day - two nights for a relaxing vacation and it did not start on the right foot. We called expedia to cancel and only then did they find two alternative rooms for us one that they told will have noise it the morning from construction and the other still had the same problem with the noise. We stayed in the room and checked out the next day. The staff did not even apologize they just ignored us once we decided to cut our vacation short Expedia customer service were great.

Balcony dirty, just one towel, one robe, staff left coffee cups in room after cleaning. Reading general manager discription of hotel it is great, staff has not read the write up. Still good hotel, good location.

This is a very well-located hotel near the spas and restaurants (about 4-5 km first uphill and then downhill NE of Karlovy Vary main part of town). Driving around in the limited access streets here is difficult (finding the hotel is not easy either) and be sure to ask for parking even though it seems expensive. Breakfast could be interesting. If you request items such as specialty coffee, they charge and so ask ahead of time if you care. Some rooms have views and if you care, ask. They may say that those rooms cost more, but they gave it to our friends because they complained that their room was small.

The usual oddities for American travelers, But the room was very comfortable, and breakfast adequate. Staff is friendly, but a language barrier was a bit of a block for acquiring spa services. I blame myself for that more than them, of course. Go for it.

Tranquila. Cuartos muy bien .limpios. El único pero que los del cuarto de a lado dejaron solo su perro 🐕 en el cuarto y ladro como tres horas.

nur ein Pool und eine kleine Sauna, Zimmer waren sehr schön, Betten gemütlich Grühstück war Standard.

Fint hotel men: parkeringen var i ett allmänt garage beläget 12-15 min gångavstånd med över 50 meter nivåskillnad med backar som skulle gjort San Fransisco avundsjukt... Ha bra kondition! Finns en linbana i grannfastigheten ( upptäkte den själv, inget som receptionen informerade om), går 3-4 ggr/tim och kostar pengar. Ac:n lät som ett reaplan och gick inte att ställa hastigheten= gick bara att ha på när man inte var på rummet. Bra frukost. Hyffsat sköna sängar.

Es war ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Besonderes Dankeschön an die Angestellten Katja (Rezeption), Natalia und Viktoria (Service Restaurant). Sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Der Herr an der Rezeption bemühte sich sehr um uns. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit und das 500 m entfernte Parkhaus war sehr teuer
