Excellent service, highly recommended. The rooms are comfortable and very clean.

It was a great stay. 200m away from a nice beach. Many shops and retailers around the area. Very recommended.

The atmosphere is good, quiet, and the room is clean.

The staff that provided service that day at check-in were not ready to provide service. Questions were answered in one word. The room was in a very old condition. The door frame was pierced by termites. The room was not soundproof. The maid in the morning was pushing a cart and talking very loudly. There was not enough parking space. It was difficult to get in and out.

Walk a few steps behind the accommodation and you will find the sea. Every floor's balcony can see the sea. The room is clean and spacious, both the bathroom and the bedroom.

Only cold water for the shower. I told it to the staff, but nothing happened.

It was a great and spacious room, little bit far from the jomtien beach but if you seek for a quiet environmental or if you rent a motorbike its OK. The front staff unable to speak english and at one moment I guess they mocking me in thai language

The room is a bit old. It's not exactly a loft style. It looks like the cement hasn't been plastered. The old air conditioner is broken and hasn't been removed. There are spiders in the room. The shower head is broken. The elevator is loud and scary.

The pillow is very uncomfortable to sleep on. It is very flat. The lights in the room are not bright. The bedside lamp is broken. I informed the staff and they said they will send a technician to come and look at it, but they didn't do anything.

I was surprised with the sea view with this price. It is very convenient for us to visit Cave Restaurant and Tutu Beach around. Hotel staff is also friendly to guests.

เวลาเช็คอินต้องรอถึงบ่าย 2 ไม่ยืดหยุ่น ไปถึงโรงแรมเที่ยงกว่าก็เช็คอินไม่ได้ ขอหมอนเพิ่มก็ไม่มี หมอนแบนมากต้องเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวรองหมอนให้หนาขึ้น เก้าอี้ในห้องพักสำหรับนั่งพักผ่อนไม่มี ไม่รู้จะประหยัดไปถึงไหน จะไม่ไปพักอีกเด็ดขาด ครั้งเดียวเกินพอ

ที่พักไม่ได้ติดกับชายหาด แต่สามารถดูวิวได้จากระเบียง จะเห็นวิวทะเลมากขึ้นถ้าพักอยู่ชั้น 7 หรือชั้น 8 สามารถลงมาเดินเล่นที่ชายหาดบริเวณโรงแรมได้ มีร้านอาหารให้เข้าไปนั่งทานได้

ห้อง201- ห้องน้ำสามารถมองจากข้างนอกได้ ถ้าไม่ปิดมู่ลี่ดีๆ, แอร์เสียงดังทั้งคืน,ได้ยินเสียงคนเดินเข้าออกลิฟต์ ทั้งคืน ไม่เก็บเสียง

ขั้นตอนเช็คอินนาน เพราะเรียกบัตร ปชช.ของผู้เข้าพักทุกคนไปถ่ายเอกสาร+ต้องเซ็นรับรองสำเนาทุกใบเสียเวลามาก มีค่ามัดจำกุญแจอีกห้องละ 500 บาท (พักที่อื่นๆมาไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้)อยู่ใกล้หาดแต่ไม่มีทางเดินลงหาด คืนที่สองผมเปลี่ยนไปพักโรงแรมใกล้ๆห้องพักสะอาดกว่า ดูแค่บัตร ปชช.ผู้จอง ไม่มีมัดจำกุญแจ พนักงานพูดจาดี มีสระว่ายน้ำ

Very disappointed, I was check in and check out right away.
