There are many things that can be improved. But we like the pool, we can use it until late in evening. They keep the pool clean. Be patient when you use this hotel, or you might end up loosing your good holiday mood. They require 2000 THB deposit.

Overall, it is ok. Employees sometimes speak like insulting customers. We came to stay and didn't expect good or good service. But the words of the receptionist sometimes should not come forward and argue with customers.

Clean accommodation, delicious food, quiet, pool atmosphere in the evening, lovely to sit and swim The staff spoke because they were polite and neat. Recommended, very good spa massage, Thai massage, oil massage, there are many photo spots. But unfortunately there is no light during the night Start the rice .. a lot of cat litter Smelly the smell of eating breakfast by the lotus pond. .. Maybe because of COVID poisoning So there are no employees to clean, but overall quite good. For people who love peace and personal relaxation

Staff are not happy, air conditioning is poor, room is hot, breakfast is few.

Everything is good except for the check-out time because when I book the room at Traveloka I have written down my check-out time at 13/12/2017 1700PM and it doesn't show any charges but when I check-out the management said I need to paid for late checkout,if there's any charge they should let us know when I make the booking

It was a good place to stay here. Location is near from centre of Patong, it was easy to go to Patong Beach, Bangla Market dan Bangla road if you want to buy some souvenirs.

I love Naina so much! I took tour to phiphi, the tour forgot about us in Naina and then the customer service helped us a lot to contact the tour and helped us to call taxi to catch up the group. We were so thankful. They're so friendly and helpful. The room was pretty and clean, cheap. The pool was so relaxing and then the bar? Or restaurant of Naina in front of the hotel was so cheap, natural, pretty and nice to stay. kind of near of Patong. Very recommended!!!
