It’s a winter wonderland. The Hotel is amazing, the staff are fantastic. We had our 2 year old working cocker spaniel and they made sure he was ok, bowls of water at breakfast and even gave him a bowl of sausages. The spa was fantastic, magical and romantic the views are incredible, we are definitely going back, but next time without our dog. So we can enjoy the spa together!

A great place to stay with a young family. The duplex rooms have perfect space, nice terrace, a really nice bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Spa and pool is fantastic and is very child friendly so everyone can have fun together!

The spa was amazing, best during the day when it wasn’t over run by non hotel guests. Rooms were really nice and well designed, love our view of the alps! Pillows were brutal though.. only thing that needs improvement. Great breakfast buffet and easy skiing access.

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location, but, extremely expensive. Limited choice of food options with the al la Carte offering from the restaurant being offered for Room Service after 6.30pm....... They need to think more what their clients want rather than what is easier for the hotel and staff. Spa is fantastic.

An amazing hotel in an amazing resort, skiing fantastic, restaurants excellent, weather unbelievable. A fantastic holiday. Resort easily accessible by train directly from airport (runs every 40 minutes) then a shuttle service bus to resort centre, beautiful scenery on the entire trip.

We had a great rest in a large room with a big balcony and amazing mountain view. The hotel is adjacent to a cable car for mountain walks with quaint villages around. breakfast was sumptuous. The outdoor pool and spa were great.

Designer hotel in a multi-tiered traditional chalet complex. Definitely unusual, but the mixture of sleek modern lines and traditional wooden planks and artifacts is tastefully done. The layout of the hotel is slightly confusing, as other businesses are on the same property. Service was top-notch and staff attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide variety of options for all tastes. The room was of moderate size, with ample storage and a great bathroom. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. The only negative was the view from our room: a barren concrete wall with rock-climbing fixtures - not what you expect from a stay in the Swiss Alps.

Finding the hotel is a little tricky as the map on line is poor and they don't answer pre travel dolls or email. However once you are there and have found the funicular that runs from the hotel to the main lift then you realise it is in a great location Lovely modern rooms and very extensive spa facilities. Staff are polite and helpful. I liked the intense use of wood in the hotel design, but if you don't like wood it could feel a bit claustrophobic as the room as similar to sleeping in a sauna Overall a great experience and we would go back
