Amazing small studios, clean, comfortable, and in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area itself is very quiet and family-friendly, yet only a 7-minute drive to Puerto Rico, where you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants. The complex is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool area and a rooftop jacuzzi that’s definitely a highlight and a must-try. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there is a large car park right next to it that guests can use, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The only small improvement would be to provide conditioner and body lotion in addition to the shampoo and body wash. Overall, a wonderful stay! I would definitely come back!

Stayed just 1 night while en route to our holiday elsewhere. The apartment was lovely with everything you could need. The air con was only in the bedroom and we could have done with a fan or something in the lounge/ diner. We stayed half board and the food was really good especially for the price we paid. The only downside to the restaurant was no aircon and it was stifling in the evening. The pool and sun terraces were lovely with plenty of beds and parasols. Would definitely consider staying again.

Like the balcony and proximity to the sea. Self catering really suited us. A really nice hotel lots of Spanish families. Not too busy. Highly recommend.

All staff were helpful and friendly. Good options for both breakfast and dinner. Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was really good. We stayed here 25 years ago and the rooms have not altered. However, they are clean and staff are are friendly and helpful.

Run down old hotel . Do not bother . Lovely views from the sea facing room though, and staff is friendly.

Good value

No air conditioning . Had a huge, noisy electric fan in the bedroom instead. We all had to wear a plastic bracelet to show we are guests - security I think. Clean enough tho and good location for 1 night stay.

very outdated rooms with no AC

We only stayed at the resort for one day on our way to other accommodation. We found the staff on the reception very friendly and had a quick check in which was appreciated after a late flight. Room was nice and clean if a bit dated. I went up to the bar but it seemed closed at 11.15. Nice view from the balcony.

Hotel is excellent value for money. Breakfast had plenty of choice. A small issue with pulling the kettle socket out of wall as kettle would not switch off. Staff are efficient as well as being helpful and friendly.

One night stay due to flight times for our main hotel, but is was all excellent, quick and easy check in, going sized room with a fantastic view

Granted, it's a three star property, however the apartment had no fans or air-conditioning. This made the stay really uncomfortable. Had to ask for a fan to use from the hotel in order to get to sleep. Grounds are nice. Access to beach is 5 minute's walk. The bed was comfortable and clean apartment. Some wear and tear visible.

They're OK til you even mention the problems, then you're made to feel very uncomfortable and at fault. As they don't want to take responsibility for anything. Paid for a superior room but got a standard. No refund or care. The room was horrible, old and numerous problems. Plus like a sauna as no air-conditioning. The staff were rude and disrespectful to me as I justly complained. Couldn't wait to leave. No sunbeds around the pool. Restaurant was awful, around 10 euros for a horrible breakfast in a run-down and depressing environment. Ignorant staff. Everything's controlled and as they want it, not for the guests. It was a job, not a holiday.

It needed air conditioning

Had a short unplanned stay here because of a last minute mobile offer. Paid a little extra for breakfast - very wise. Very grateful I took this offer of accomodation . Fantastic location with sea view. Short walk to everything. Highly recommended.

2nd time staying here, not to busy place so for me great. If you want night life then anfi del mar is not far away otherwise if nightlife is what you want it maybe a bit quiet for you. But I enjoyed my stay. And reception staff great.

Excellent staff,helpful and courteous and pleasantly surprised by the complimentary prossecco ,water and nuts in the room.

We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. Very peaceful, relaxing. Had nice breakfast and enjoyed Thursday special Canarian food. Great beaches nearby.
