The best option for relaxing and convenience

Staff is very helpful. NO Air conditioning (was very warm during stay). Breakfast is good. Short walk to many restaurants and to poland pedestrian bridge.

We enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was generous and serving staff was very attentive. only dislike was shower/bathtub arrangement

Average hotel nice and clean.good staff and friendly. On street parking free or 12euro undercover. TV didn't work no usb sockets for charging.draft beer awful tasted of metal .breakfast ok ordered eggs at no extra cost

Perfect accommodation.

Very good stay with great room. Only one thing to improve: as it was very warm that day and the hotel does not have air conditioning in the room, we had to chose between open window to cool down and go to bed while a live-concert was going on into the night nearby or close the windows and sleep in a hot room.

Great place to stay on our drive across Europe. Comfortable, helpful staff and perfect location close to old town. We travelled with a dog and the hotel was very accommodating.

Clean hotel with attentive staff, excellent location next to the park & river

I really like this hotel. I have been staying here for around 10 times now. The hotel is located in the park, by the river, so is very quiet. It is possible to walk both to the centre of Zgorzelec and Goerlitz in around 10 minutes.

Great location . Hotel and staff were superb.Handy for Gorlitz center and a stroll into Poland.

Location is great- but the room(s) needs to be refurbished. My room had a very intens bad smell ( cesspool) staff is aware for sure - such room is not to be given to a guest !

Very good hotel (quite and comfortable rooms, good breakfast), but for a ****+ hotel one expects AC - given the heatwave no luxury.

Wonderful night. Restaurant food excellent. Just needs air con as it was extremely hot that night. Town was great to explore on both sides of the border.

Really nice hotel about a 5 or 10 minute walk to the city center. Big room, clean and large bathroom, friendly staff that spoke English. Like many European hotels, there is no A/C.
