No air condition and is very warm at night

It was a beautiful hotel and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.lots of good, safe parking. No one spoke English but we're patient with me using my phone translator.

We loved the staff, they were all amazing. The restaurants and food were all great. Walking the property to see the animals, flowers and landscaping was outstanding. Outside the property didn’t feel so safe.

App would not reserve 2 queen bed room for group larger than 2 people. There is plenty of space but they wanted to charge for “extra” people.

Peaceful ,relaxing hotel ,missing only an massage accommodations.

Very nice hotel. The only thing we did not like was that the staff were cleaning rooms at 6am and making lots of noise.

This hotel is great! One of the best I've stayed in. The staff is so friendly and nice. The rooms and grounds are clean and beautiful. I will stay here every time I'm in this area. Be sure to tour the coffee plantation that is owned by the hotel.

All our Rooms smelled musty or moldy odor to them. Complained to staff who put in a humidifier but didn't help. Restaurant food was not good Better off eating outside of the hotel

Buen hotel en general, con variedad de restaurantes y cosas que hacer. Falta de detalles en algunas cosas como que el agua se salía de la ducha y llenaba el baño de agua pero aparte de eso muy bien

Reception seemed confused about our reservation and asked for a picture of my reservation. But once I was checked in it was a lovely experience. The property is beautiful. The park is relaxing. The rom was clean. There are normally multiple dining options, but there were just two restaurants open. The one we ate at was excellent. The food was good and the staff was the best! Very attentive and accommodating. An excellent stay.

This hotel was rated really high, but I did not found out why, even though the staff was friendly the facilities are not keep nice, it was kind of abandon, dirty
