Great hotel, everything was perfect including the service. I will defitnitelly recomended it, even more if you have a car.

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and activities. On the beach with beautiful views as well. Laundry on site, a wonderful convenience when on a long vacation!

Great location near the centre of Saint Malo and close to the ferry port

Very nice hotel well located nearby the intramuros quarter. The parking was a little challenging during the day but easy at night. The staff was helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful stay at L’Adresse! The location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the sea and the beautiful Sillon beach, and only a short walk to the walled city (Intra-Muros). It’s the perfect base for exploring Saint-Malo on foot. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and even had a small kitchenette – a great bonus for longer stays. The staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, from local tips to restaurant bookings. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with fresh pastries, fruit, and good coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional – ideal whether you’re here for a romantic weekend or a few quiet days by the sea. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in Saint-Malo. We’ll definitely be back!

Giving 5 stars because I can’t give 10. Best hotel of our recent northern France trip (5 hotels). Staff was awesome (thank you, Ludovica!), very convenient to the inner city and a number of great restaurants and shops just inside the wall.

Great location. Got beach and walled town. Friendly staff, great room comfortable bad and well appointed bathroom. Nice breakfast.

This is a nice boutique hotel that’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town. Right on the beach and the harbour is behind it. Staff is friendly and the rooms are renovated and comfortable. Definitely would recommend it.

Nice hotel, well located for old town St Malo. Great to have a small kitchenette in the room. The only thing that let it down was the wi-fi and an obviously well-rehearsed story about the lack of wi-fi: "Some other guest must have downloaded 5 films" - how would this stop me even accessing the wi-fi?

Parking is very limited at the property so be prepared to park elsewhere.

Close to beach and citadel. One has to clean up and wash dishes or one will be charged a cleaning fee.

Everything was great. Only down side was we paid 18€ each for breakfast buffet (breakfast until 10 am) and they explained that the patries were ordered based on how many people pay. When we showed up for breakfast at 9am, there was not enough pastries for us because the people before us took too many (according to what the receptionist said) and nothing was done to compensate. So anyone can come first and eat all of the pastries at once and if nothing is left for the other guests who also paid it is not controlled. This was very disappointing. Other than that the hotel is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Two of the employees there were very very nice, the other two we saw did not smile once.

This was our favorite hotel of all time and that is saying a lot. Conveniently located, beautiful ocean view (though small), very friendly and extremely helpful staff and a very good breakfast according to my son. Also, our French is embarrassingly non existent so it was nice to be able to log in to our Netflix account! We can’t wait to return.

A beautiful historic property with amazing service and interesting rooms. This is our second time to stay here and we will definitely do so again! The staff is helpful and considerate, the food very good and the location perfect for exploring all the amazing villages and sights of Normandy. Plus it is an easy 3 hour drive from CDG airport to another world!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean, and housekeeping staff friendly.
