There was nowhere to park to enter the hotel so that you could unpack and get parking instructions.

Centrally located hotel at the heart of the town. Underground car park directly below the hotel was very convenient and easy to access. We had a rear facing room which avoided the street noise at the front. Would highly recommend.

Property was well placed with secure parking. Apartment was comfortable.

Nice and well located appartment. Property was clean and in good condition. Personnel was helpful and friendly. You can easily walk and enjoy city center.

Last minute booking turned up to be great. Clean, comfortable, all the necessary commodities, friendly reception. Parking was great, spacious, clean, luminous, great too.

Not easy find the hotel entrance

We were staying overnight, breaking up a long journey. Very pleased with the standard of the rooms and facilities. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great choice for breakfast. Hotel is in a good central location and underground parking was convenient.

Very nice and modern room, although a little dark. Large bathroom. Great, friendly service and great location. However, there is neither a/c nor a mechanical fan and I was there during the heat wave. The room overlooked an interior courtyard so even opening the window did not help much. The bed had these weird wooden rails that made it awkward getting in and out of bed.

This is a modern apartment hotel in the city centre next to the Jaude shopping centre. You park in one of Jaude’s car parks (B), which is right under the hotel and if you park in the correct bit of the car park, the lift takes you to street level, a couple of doors away from the hotel. There’s a supermarket round the corner and a boulangerie opposite, and the hotel is well-placed for sightseeing in the city as well as the surrounding area. The room was quite small but generally well-utilised, though the bed frame was bulky and awkward at times. It was maintained to a high standard but the big bugbear for us was the lack of air-conditioning. There were instructions on opening the windows, etc but we really needed air conditioning in temperatures of c30-32°C. It would have also meant that we wouldn’t have been disturbed by the celebrations that went long into the night after the France semi-final. Still, it was generally very comfortable and a very convenient base for sightseeing and dining.

A great find. Apartment in the Jaude. Shops literally at your doorstep. Tram very close. Short stroll to Cathedral.

This was the best hotel that we had during our trip to Amsterdam, Paris, Switzerland and Germany. The room was spacious for two of us and breakfast was great too. The staff were friendly providing information about places of attractions. The location was great and many restaurants available and shopping center just below hotel.

Only stayed one night - wish it had been longer. Welcoming reception, great studio with excellent facilities. Brilliant location off the main square. Within easy walking distance of the shops, sights and restaurants.

Great location, just off Jaude. Nice room, although it would be good if they did twin beds as a similar priced alternative to double.

Good location, small but I think typical of hotels in France. Kitchen area extremely small with large column in the way - think it could have been configured better. Housekeeping threw out our groceries that we left in shopping bags in the kitchen.
