Very bad service, not considerate, not approachable front desk.

It's very okay for the price.. maybe it's just the gym that they can use for the guests since it's listed as amenities there. there is a fee if you want to go to the gym.. but still ill recommend this.. because it's worth it..

Bathroom floor is not draining properly. I had to manually scoop water from the floor to drain them. Room has only one chair. However, the hotel staff (receptionist) violated my right to privacy as they have disclosed to another party that I have checked in their hotel.

My mother and sister enjoyed their stay. The staff were very friendly. The room and bed was spacious enough. Thank you until next time!

There are plenty of cockroaches inside the rooms and I've been to a couple of rooms during my 10 day stay here. Even though I have explicitly requested for the housekeepers to spray some anti-insects, they've never done it. Not to mention they only do housekeeping every other day and not every day. Plus, their staff are kind of mean. I know that you can't expect so much out of budget hotels like this but still, you want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.

Worse experience, super dirty, not recommend to anyone. Feeling like stay at refuge camp. Bed, toilet, facility all bad. Run away guys, don't stay not worth any cents to pay at all. Location also not good.

It was a quiet nice place, the staff is friendly and it's for budget friendly travellers.

They told us that they just changed the bedsheets every other day, in case we just left but still didn't change. Their towel is so dirty, we even requested to give them another towel because it's really left on your skin. I also can't bet the ambiance josko. We didn't even use their TV because it didn't work.

We came from Leyte and I have patient. I asked the lady for early check in bec. My patient need rest before going to the doctor and they don't accept. The hotel is little bit old Bldg.

Affordable and generally clean, the front desk is responsive, and their food is ridiculously good and affordable. My complaint is that the room has ants and tiny roaches.

They are not operating their elevators even if it is OK. I was force to use tge stairs climbing up and going down from 6the floor.

The elevator was broken and the guard gave us a room on the 4th floor. We weren't even helped with our equipment, the fact that my bag was too big and the woman was still pregnant. We went up to the 3rd floor when he chased us, he wanted to see the voucher, eh I said lowbat I'll charge in the room first but he still wanted me to go down to the lobby and charge there, I was like are you okay brother? He didn't know how much I had to pay so I just gave the payment just to be able to rest and it was midnight. Your staff must know who and how much is booked, the customer will not find a way. In return, I searched when I checked out, as the receptionist didn't know. Besides, please fix your elevator, or else remove it from the photos because it's disappointing. That's why I booked because I thought I would have a hard time with what I was carrying, it would be good if your staff were helpful. Nakakaloka tlga! No towels and broken ac. Slow wifi connection too. Thats what you get when the price is low.
