Clean and accessable

The Park across the street is beautiful. It’s pleasant to walk through the neighborhood squares with their inviting dining, drinking, and shopping opportunities. The Market is also worth a visit.

Nice hotel, parking can be difficult due to limited availability, but it also very well located so you can walk to a lot of places.

Areas to improve: bellhop service, microwave in the breakfast area and faster elevators.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water system. The water in the bathroom for showering and face washing was cold. Also at breakfast, the fried eggs were cold and oily.

We attended the Setubal Live Score Film Festival, and this hotel was within walking distance of both of the film venues and the train station. It’s also just across the street from a park filled with whimsical statues, as well as the town’s soccer stadium. The a la carte dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was quite good, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. I was a bit disappointed with the size of the indoor pool, but the water temperature and cleanliness of the whole spa area made for a relaxing and enjoyable swim. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the park. The bed could have been a little softer though.

Super friendly staff

The Hotel didn’t have enough park space and we left the car in the front of the Hotel and got a parking ticket. Besides that the food was great.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. For about one of them the pool and spa were closed for unannounced maintenance. The free parking spots were never available and we always had to pay for parking, which was an inconvenience having to check the parking meter. My parent's room had a fridge that wasn't working and never got fixed. The location is great next to Bonfim park and the breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The staff was great, very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area, just a few minute walk to almost anywhere you would need to go. My room had an excellent view of the city, park, and Bonfim Stadium.
