The place was very clean heard feet’s stooping above on the 3 rd floor but other than that everything was cool

The front desk customer service was great once we arrived.My family and I enjoyed the indoor pool. Clean rooms, breakfast was on time and a great area to stay. We truly enjoyed being near the Mall 😊 💓💓

The staff was wonderful thanks to Kim Alex and James they were great they were very friendly and helpful I really enjoyed my stay

This property was really great as far as staff and cleanliness, however, we did run into a few problems like the elevator had stopped working for a few hours and the key card wasn’t working. The staff was super helpful in understanding and accommodated us with another wheelchair accessible room on the first floor. Would highly recommend someone stay here.

Had to ask housekeeping for towels, make our bed and empty the trash. The front desk staff was great.

Definitely a great place to stay

Location was great and good area. I dont Recommend staying on the first floor - extremely noisy with the lobby being near by. There was some sort of party while I was There, so loud music until 10pm and fire alarms set off. Cops showed up multiple times.
