Good place to stay the night before an early flight. Positives: Clean, easy, right next to security at LGW South, app check in all worked. Downsides are really tiny rooms - literally just enough room for lobby and bed, so if you're claustrophobic it's not for you, and the shower is right in front of the toilet with no glass screen or anything, so if you shower the night before an early flight, the bathroom floor will be wet should you want to use it during the night.

Great location for flights, friendly staff, comfy bed and overall a great stay.

Besides a freezing cold shower in the morning the hotel stay was enjoyable. Nothing over the top, basic amenities at airport prices.

This is the perfect hotel for an overnight before a flight. It’s all you need and no more, meaning you get a reasonable price. Modern & clean, with free drinks etc available.

Very convenient and clean but using toilet after having a shower is quite risky - there is no real separation between toilet and shower areas and the floor can stay slippery for a long time due to poor ventilation - I nearly avoided an accident.

As part of the airport it was accessible to trains into downtown London.

Overall a good location if you're flying out of Gatwick, the rooms have all you need. The big issue I have is the wet room concept, it's not one they can fix but one people should be aware of as the floors and everywhere is soaking wet after a shower, it isn't great. The staff on the front desk were great, and tis super convenient

From the on line check in that did not work to the dark and narrow hallway to the poorly designed and cramped room. Bad lighting, etc. Stay here if you enjoy claustrophobia.

Stayed here many times and always had a pleasant and comfortable experience. Rooms are very well soundproofed, however our most recent VIP room didn’t have a good view as advertised.

The room was very different. Super small with no window, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was basically a shower with a toilet and sink in it, very interesting design. It worked very well. I would stay there again but not for more than one night at a time.

First, its easy to find. Quick check in. The passage smelled of old carpet but looked clean. Nice comfy bed. A somewhat confusing shower since its right in front of the toilet but once you use it you don’t want to stop.

Cute modern rooms. Compact, well laid out space. Great location in the airport when you have an overnight layover.

Does what it says on the tin. Great location for the airport with the entrance in the south terminal. Small but well designed room, quiet with very comfortable bed. Touch screen controls for the lighting and temperature. Compact but very functional bathroom. Ideal for an overnight at the airport. Would stay again.
