Staff was friendly, easy check in, located near a lot of things.

My stay was very good, staff were helpful, accommodating, friendly, easy to communicate with and overall just a really positive experience. Location was convenient, easy walk to train station, restaurants and all amenities. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was always sufficient, tasty and with varieties. I highly recommend Novotel for your stay in Panama. Much acknowledgement to these staff Adella, Diego, Wanda, Duvan and Javier.

This is a nice hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and was upgraded to a junior suite. Spacious room and bathroom. Highly recommend.

Close to the Metro. Great staff. Nitpicking... Orange juice was watered down and some offered hot breakfast items were cold.

Views were AMAZING from room 705. Felt like home. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Also very accommodating with our early check in and late check out. Received a “surprise” plate of fruits on the first night of my stay from the manager. Close to everything that is required to fulfil daily needs (food, drinks, pharmacy etc) Would definitely recommend ⭐️✨🌟💫

À 20/25 minutes de l’aéroport bon emplacement dans Panama city. Prévoir 35/40$ de taxi par trajet. Accueil correct à l’hôtel. La chambre manque d’éclairage, trop tamisé à mon gout. Bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage concernant mon transport de l’hôtel vers l’aéroport, j’avais demandé à oayer en carte bancaire ce que la réception m’avait confirmé, malheureusement le chauffeur ne prenait pas la carte bancaire et n’avait pas de change sur un billet dec100$

My stay was really good, the views are amazing, the staff is friendly. However a pool was advertised but therr wasn't one. Also a gym was advertised it was a nice small gym not for full work out session however, some of the equipment wasn't working.
