This was our second 4 night stay and once again excellent. Thank you to all staff and highly recommend.

The staff at Saxton Lodge were amazing. I arrived late & after the dinner service had finished but the team still managed to arrange a beautiful meal to be bought to my room. That sort of service will see me coming back.

We chose this this property as it is situated in the suburbs. Good parking and laundry facilities available. Clean and comfortable with helpful, friendly host.

They were so kind in giving us numerous recommendations for dinner. More importantly, the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This hotel was great, the staff there were so nice and welcoming. Even though it is out of the city the rooms were clean, modern and very spacious. The only noise would be from the cars driving by. If you have a car this is a perfect spot, if you are traveling by bus you need to plan a little more but the bus stops are right across the street so still convenient

Very friendly staff and spacious studio unit. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Didn’t realise the unit had no cooking/kitchenette facilities but there was a communal kitchen we could use, along with a guest laundry. It was more akin to a large hotel room than a motel unit. The complex is on a busy corner so some traffic noise but overall a very pleasant stay.

Staff soooo helpful and polite. Room clean and spacious. Location perfect.

Warm reception on arrival including local tourist info and milk for a cuppa. Would stay here again, good location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owers were very helpful, providing suggestions on things to do and places to go. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area.

I have never stayed anywhere as welcoming or comfortable. The owners went above and beyond and could not have been more hospitable. The beds were super comfy and the location was great for getting to and from the airport, as well as buses to the Abel Tasman track. We seldom write reviews, but we are so grateful and will definitely stay again next time we’re in Nelson.
