Excellent neighborhood and cleaness

My stay was amazing. Melinda, at the front was very helpful and provided me with cool things to do in the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed the pool, cleanliness, friendliness of staff. The hotel could use an ice machine or better accommodation of providing ice cubes

Clean and quiet, good location

The hotel looks good but the rooms are worn out and not in good maintenance. There was a huge leek in the shower area, which flooded the bathroom. We asked to change the room, which we did, but I did not notice any effort from the staff to listen to the hosts and identify the problems. Breakfast was basic, I was expecting a better breakfast. I am a Platinum member and this is a VIP hotel, I mentioned my status but did not get a room upgrade, which I would have liked. I have to say, though, that the hotel left me a bottle of wine in the room, which I do not drink as I don't drink alcohol. Overall, I did not like the hotel. I have traveled often to Buenos Aires and stay in Palermo, but this hotel I did not like at all.

Location is the reason why we chose this property and it was ideal. Quiet side of Palermo but still plenty of restaurants to choose from. Rooms are a good size.

Lovely area, near botanical and Japanese gardens and close to Palermo shopping.
