The hotel was perfect as it hosted the conference I was attending. It was only two stops on the metro from a huge shopping mall with lots of food choices and only 40mins from the Bund for sightseeing.

The stuff is horrible at the front desk ( I paid for 3 adults and they gave me a hard time checking in to the hotel. They wouldn’t give a room that have 3 beds. They kept insisting to purchase an extra room. After hour la of negotiations… they gave a room that have only 2 beds. This hotel is a big NON NO For anyone that want 3. Beds. Over all I will never come back to this hotel.

No toilet paper on bathroom. Dirty & Old Carpet. Connections for computers and mobile devices outdated. fridge empty, why have it? Bar attendance worst location within hotel, unconfortable seats, personel with limited English, difficult to communicate.

Nice, comfortable place not too far from Hongqiao airport. Had been staying in a local hotel chain that smelled horribly of smoke and had a concrete slab for a mattress, so we decided to transfer to the Crowne Plaza instead. It was literally a breath of fresh air. Even though it was a 40-45 minute Didi/taxi ride away from the more touristed parts of the city, my wife and I still would have like to stay here another couple days.

I travel to this area for business quite frequently, and I must say - I do love this hotel! From the smell when you walk into reception (it smells amazing!) the decor throughout the whole hotel, the friendly & very helpful staff, the rooms are amazing! Great range of toiletries, the biggest bed ever which is extremely comfortable, the buffet breakfast has a great choice too. To be honest I could go on! The only things I haven’t had time to use are the pool & the fitness centre but my colleagues who use this have never complained. It is close by plenty of restaurants and shops, and close to the metro. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel.

prime location for airport, nice deco in pulic areas with taste, best gym I have been, room a bit dated but clean and acceptable. Reception always busy with queues requiring more hands

I had to stay at Shanghai cuz of missing flight. And The Crown plaza Noah was close to Airport and quite pleasant to stay. Only one thing of room service food was not so good ( Veggie curry and Singapore style noodle were not accaptable...we couldnt finish none of them) - Anyway overall, staying in Crown plaza was nice!If i have to stay near by Hongqiao airport I will stay again here.

Not happy about the invoicing and finance policy. I am not able to get a tax receipt and was advised to make the reservation directly with the hotel. The hotel management doesn't even bother to address my concern. Had similar booking thru online payment for my other stay at different hotel and did not have a single issue pertaining to tax receipt from hotel.

Air conditioner can be set to 26 degree or off. No other option.

Very nice to have a plate of Fruit on arrival. Delighted with the services and the nice swimming pool.
