Room size is ok but too hot with heater on. Shower doesn't have door. View is pretty good though but far from downtown and need car rental.

We only stayed one night here, but we wish we'd spent our entire stay in Jeju at IRO. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous, simple, and had a patio and balcony areas. A small stairway leads to the second story where the bed is. Fantastic, relaxing location. If you're looking for city nightlife, this is not the place for you; but I highly recommend this spot. Will definitely return if I find myself in Jeju again.

We arrived at the hotel pretty late at night around 10 PM. As soon as we entered the room, it looked very clean and nice. But as soon as we entered to bathroom, a disgusting sewer smell filled our room and lingered around. Opening all the windows and turning on the air conditioner was useless. We could not sleep at all and ended up leaving the hotel room around 5 am.

Room was very clean and was equipped with a full functioned kitchen and a BBQ stove in the balcony. It was a very comfortable stay with convenient stores nearby. Limited choices for restaurants. The hotel was managed by an old lady who can only speak Korean. However the hotel placed a couple of sheets inside the room with most of the questions answered. Will stay again.

I booked three nights and I must say that my wife and myself enjoyed our stay at the IRO Jeju. We drove our way down from the airport and reached the hotel sometime in the evening. If you are driving, just key in the telephone number and the GPS will guide you all the way. The impressive modern exterior and lighting stood out from the adjacent buildings and empty fields. Shawn was very friendly and briefed us a little on the room as well as the surrounding restaurants and places of interest. The room was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, ultra modern bathroom and even a BBQ pit on the balcony. The view from the room was amazing as well, because it overlooks the sea in the distance. Everything was clean and spotless. One of the best places I've stayed so far in Jeju. Two thumbs way up! Book with confidence. I gave 5 stars for everything except for the location and neighbourhood (due to its remote location), however if you are considering the IRO then its likely that you'll be driving, so that's not a problem.

This was our second stay at IRO Jeju and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else on Jeju. Ideal surroundings with friendly and helpful people.

넓고 쾌적하고 가성비 좋았습니다. 특히 밤에 보는 하늘풍경이 끝내줬어요. 뷰도 너무 좋았고 제주에서 가장 많은 별을 볼 수 있었네요. 다시 갈 것 같습니다

생각보다 싼 가격에 큰 기대는 안했지만 예상외로 같이간 친구들 마저 여기서 일정 다 보낼껄... 하면서 다른 숙소에 들어가고싶지 않다는 말을 들을 정도로 좋았습니다. 운치 있는 위치에 주차공간도 모두 있고, 분리수거 가능한 공간도 있고, 근처에 편의점 마저 있는게 여기서 살까 할 정도입니다. 그리고 바다뷰에다가 8명이상이 바베큐를 해먹고 브레이크댄스를 추고 레슬링, 종합격투기를 해도 될정도로 널찍한 테라스까지 담에도 제주도로 가게 된다면 여기로 올꺼같습니다. (남정네들끼리 가서 방안은 차마 못찍겠더라구요)

항상 호텔이나 리조트만 가다가 오랫만에 팬션으로 잡았느대,,전반적으로 무난,,다른분 후기대로 방들 등이 너무 어두웠습니다.교체를 하셔야할듯하구요,욕실상태가 벽이나 천장등에 거무스런 곰팡이같은거들이 있었습니다.그리고 욕실도어하단부분은 습을 먹어서 썩아가는거 같았구요.위치나 조용한 분위기는 좋았는대,,이런 몇몇점들은 아쉬웠습니다.

디럭스 깔끔함 비가와서 테라스 사용 못한게 아쉬움 냉잔고 큼. 에어컨이 새것 같고 빵빵하고 좋았음. 욕실도 깨끗 침실도 깨끗. 소파는 지워지지 않는 얼룩이 있었지만 더럽다고 느낄정도는 아님. 총평5점 만점 4.5

주변 식당들도 맛집들이 많이있고 조용하고 편안한 숙소 였습니다 중문이나 주상절리도 가까워서 중문쪽 여행하시는 분들은 좋을거 같아요

아이들 2명을 데리고 4명의 3박 일정 가족여행이었습니다. 비행기 스케줄로 인해 밤 11시에 체크인을 하였음에도 친절히 맞이하여 주셨고.. 보일러와 전등을 켜놔 주셨어요.. 시설도 청결했고.. 수건도 넉넉히 가져다 주시고. .직접 따신 엄청 큰 한라봉도 주시고.. 편의점은 차로 2분? 3분? 정도의 거리에 하나 있더라구요.. 걸어서 가도 될것 같아요.. 와이프가 다음에도 이곳으로 오자고 하네요.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 전자렌지도 있어서 데워먹기도 좋았음 테라스도 잘 구비되어 음식 먹기도 좋음

벌레가 조금 많은거빼고 좋아요
