The freezer was filthy and when I called the desk they sent someone up who used one of my washcloths to wipe it out some and gave me garbage bags to put my food in. The toilet wasn’t cleaned and the bathtub was gross under the mat. The knife holes/rips in the curtains let light in and the wind blew under the door and whistled until I stuffed dirty laundry in the one inch crack. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean though. I’ve never written a poor review and feel a little bad about it, but I hope others are prepared for what you get with their low price.

Walls were dirty, as well as the bed frame. Outside door had the lock taken completely out, anyone could access the inside of the building at anytime. Odd smell in the hallway

It was clear our room had not been cleaned, there was a puddle of water around the base of the toilet, there were public hairs throughout the bathroom. It was extremely unsanitary, we left early.

I didn’t like how the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned except bedding being changed.

Hotel says it charges $15 for pet fee but it is $20 per pet instead everyday as I have two service dogs but one is charged everyday for $20 per day.
