Friendly Staff, Clean, Easy check in

Nice property

I stay here once or twice a year because my daughter’s competition is next door. I stood in the suite and the carpet was wet, not sure why. It wasn’t terrible and this can be a very nice hotel if they fix up a few things. I do like that you have access to Netflix, prime and other channels. For the price of the suite there was no paper towels, spoons, etc. It’s not terrible but could use some fixing and better cleaning.

Property was clean, the area was quiet and the staff was helpful.

Great place to stay. Plenty of restaurants around and great during the spring if you like baseball. They're AAA ball team's stadium is right across the street!

Very clean and very nice view

The Westin was close to river walk which gave easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel did not offer free breakfast, nor free Wi-Fi. We needed a rollaway bed and was told to request at check in , but they did not have any available.

Very clean and comfortable. Great value! Gym had 2 pelotons.

Great stay

Only 1 bath robe in the room. No trash bags in none of the trash cans. Old sock found behind the couch. Upholstery dirty and can use a good cleaning. Toilet was dirty with a black ring inside the bowl. Lastly ice machine not working only 2 working in the entire building to share between 10 floors. These kind of things you jist dont expect from a hotel of luxury or for the price you pay. Unacceptable
