Never stayed before as normally we use a different hotel while in Berlin. But happily we got lucky as taking our 14 year old with us finding hotel with 3 beds was limited. Great location M29 bus stops right outside.

The building looks a bit tired but the room was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Decent location, well connected with public transport, a few touristy restaurants nearby, several cafes and supermarkets around the corner. Check-in was a bit slow. Check-out was easy and could leave my bag to collect later. Staff were friendly enough. I didn’t opt for the breakfast. In general good value for the money.

The fitness centre is 4 machines and the treadmill had a dodgy belt. Not the hotel’s fault, but outside was super noisy with d*ckheads over rev’ing their cars/bikes all night. Walls/floors of the hotel are thin. Underlying smell of smoke in the carpeted corridors. Overpriced, but good location for the marathon….

Apart from it taking a while to find my booking it was an absolutely superb stay. Clean rooms and facilities, attentive staff and great breakfast. Combine this with a great location you can't go wrong

Hotel is in a good area with great transport links nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the hotel feels very dated, our room wasn't in great condition, with threadbare carpets, marks on the wall and old curtains which didn't fully close.

The staff at the reception are uncooperative, there was a mistake from the reservation agency on the day there was breakfast, and the two days did not include breakfast, they did not pay attention and they ignored despite. Confirm them and after they retreated

Great location in heart of kurfurstendamn

arrived on Sunday - there is no water and no place to buy it except for the vending machine in the lobby. that is if you have the coins. I did not. Reception was no help. they should put water in the rooms - charge for it, but put it in! one person for 2 stations in the reception. the key needed to be recharged several times - standing on line to do that...

Great hotel at a great location

Great location for shops and kaiser Wilhelm memorial church. Rooms clean but overall the hotel feels tired. Breakfast nothing to write home about, especially at €19. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good food at Al Capone Italian restaurant, especially the pizzas!

Very nice hotel and location for shopping and sightseeing

Were so impressed, we decided to stay an extra night. Only fault, the cleaner didn't remove the dirty cups or replace them eith clean ones. Assistance from reception was excellent, right up to the minute we left.

Mme. Mohammedie in reception was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was phenominal. I would highly recommend it. True value for money.

Hotel at all was good. The room was little but clean. Breakfast buffet was very good for the price. But originally we we booked the hotel for the spa and gym. But the gym equipment wasn’t working well. The massage treatments are very expensive. And the sauna was to complicate to get.

Great hotel large spacious room. Very clean and comfortable and the themed areas and rooms is very well done also close to trains (less than 10 minutes walk). Area surrounding hotel was very nice and personally I’d throughly recommend a nearby restaurant Ali babas for dinner excellent staff and food. Next time visiting Berlin I’d definitely use this hotel 10/10. Very pleased we chose this hotel for our stay.
