A little dated, but otherwise fine. Great location.

The room was clean The breakfast was good The room needs floor replacement The staff was polite But unfortunately you learn the quality of a hotel by the amount of noise and pressure the maid makes to get you out of the room normally a check out in a respectable hotel is at noon we were harassed by the maid to get out of the room even before 11 am I explained the front desk staff that we needed 20 minutes more to get dressed but the maid came to nock the door after standing close to the window supposedly reviewing some papers

Bon emplacement mais l’hôtel mériterai un bon gros rafraîchissement (armoire vétuste, joints à refaire dans la salle de bain, et j’en passe…) 1ère chambre minuscule avec le lit bébé très à l’étroit Propreté des lieux bof bof… j’ai du nettoyer les placards avant de poser mes affaires, saleté et cheveux, et je n’ai osé toucher au séche cheveux vu l’état du fils enroulé plein de poussière … les portes méritent un bon lessivage (traces ++) Heureusement que la literie est confortable !

Hotel le Concorde was in a great location, as the border of the tourist area is just across the street. There you will find tons of Restaurants, plus the various Cathedrals and Museums usually visited by tourists who come to town. Also there is a small grocery store conviently located next door to the hotel. We arrived before check in, so we asked if we could park our car in the hotel garage, then we would head out sightseeing while waiting for check in. The parking garage has a daily charge, however, the manager actually charged us extra for parking a few hours early even though the garage was almost empty. The other hotel employees were much more accommodating. Our room was small with a balcony but the real draw is the location.

Hotel was in a good walkable location. Finishing we’re a bit worn and tired.

Quite small room and bathroom(!) but a very comfortable bed, and quiet (even facing the street). Tight parking garage access but very secure. An easy walk into the old town of Aix and many good restaurants. Great reception staff - very friendly and helpful!

Excellent location , steps from the historic city centre and the famous landmarks . Very clean rooms and amenities , friendly and professional staff .

Perfect location for visiting Aix. Great to be able to park at the hotel, then walk everywhere. Rooms quiet & comfortable. Very good breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Well located hotel, close to the downtown area and congres center with a parking! Room very clean and quite big

The hotel is within walking distance from city center and all attractions and shopping. The gentleman who checked us in, even helped park my car in the parking garage which would have been challenging for me as it is underground and very small. It was so nice of him to help. The only drawback was this property did not have an elevator, so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs via the stairs.

Manque un peu d’insonorisation entre les chambres et l’humidité reste présente dans l salle de bain se qui augmente le temps de séchage des serviettes, si non, très propre et vraiment très confortable, la chambre offre de l’espace et ce fut très agréable

No shower curtain. Had to be careful or floor got wet. The electric power failed for several hours one day.
