The hotel’s location is excellent, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended for a family vacation. Hotel entrance could be cleaner.

This property is fabulous.We upgraded to the "Family Double Room, Balcony, Garden View" with a large room, comfortable bed, and walkout to their garden in the center of the complex. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and public transit to wherever you needed to go 200 meters from the hotel. There were some somewhat unfavourable reviews regarding the breakfast (included if you went for that option). Look, the breakfast area is not huge so you can't expect the same kind of breakfast from a large hotel chain. But, you had everything you needed included scrambled eggs to start your day off right. All the food was excellent, and organic. Lots of dining choices a 5 minute walk away. We loved staying here and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Vienna.

Spiess and Spiess is an excellent hotel with a great staff and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful when one of my daughters got sick. They called a doctor who came within an hour and we were able to move on with the day. The breakfast is excellent and it is two minutes from the underground. The room was a suite with two actual bedrooms and very comfortable.

It was ok. Buffet breakfast was very limited and expensive for what you pay for Expected more for a four stay hotel

The hotel was a good place to stay. Just outside of city center, but quite walkable and the metro stop was a short 1 min walk. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those too tired to go anywhere kind of nights!!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here on our visit to Vienna. We reserved a junior suite on the garden side and it was very much like an apartment. The kids had a nice room with bunk beds and the wife and I had a room to ourselves, across a short hallway from the kids. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were exceptionally soft. The location of the property couldn't be beat, as it's a very short walk to the metro and only 2-3 stops from the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly, the the organic breakfast was high quality and 24 hour pour over coffee and tea station was used frequently. It was a top notch hotel experience. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony and lovely bathroom. This hotel has wonderful, friendly staff. Great location near the metro station. Lots of shops and dining in the area.

This was our favorite hotel stay in Europe. It was comfortable, AC worked amazing, quiet, and serene. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

The property was so close to the subway station! Less than a one minute walk. Staff was great and we really appreciated the water refill station as well as tea and coffee available in the reception area 24/7. The room was clean and spacious and the online check in / check out process was easy and convenient.

This would be a great property to stay at if you are a regular traveler to Vienna and know your way around. This was our first time in Vienna and although the property was clean and centrally located, the staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful. Not a bad place, just not effusing hospitality or offering suggestions to make your stay memorable.
