I paid for the hotel while I was in the office lobby you figure I would have been checked in pretty fast, but it was nothing like that, I found myself in the lobby two hours later contacting you guys as you already know, the woman at the front desk claim that the reservation hadn't shown up on the hotel computer system, so I contacted you and you contact her and you transferred me to the supervisor team and still I'm in the lobby chatting with you guys and speaking with her and at the end she decided to finally let me get a room even though the reservation was still not showing in their computer system, and I feel like she should have been did that, very poor PR skills and the manager who was on site never came in the office to assist he only calls around three to four times the service horrible and to top it off the woman had attitude and gives me a room that two different customers came in complaint in check out because the room smells like cigarettes, I don't smoke so can you imagine, I am sitting in a chair at the window texting, I can't get comfortable, I actually thought she was going to upgrade me after everything I went through at no fault of my own but no take it or leave it. Today was a horrible day, I lost my phone in the lobby but no one seen it, I am just waiting until the sun comes up to get far away. , it was not the hotel fault that my reservation was not coming through but Expedia, you guys have some work to do,I should be confiscated, but you offer nothing
