This is a lovely little hotel. Very professional staff extremely clean and quiet. Located right by the Schonbrunn palace it is just a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Palace grounds are beautiful and huge. While not right in the city centre I preferred staying here as the restaurants are cheaper and there is more of a local flavour. Wonderful hotel.

Conviently located next to Schönbrunn and close to the metro. Definitely an older property with few amenties, but a more affordable option than others in Vienna. The plumbing is old so the bathroom had a bit of a smell and also there is no AC so keep in mind for the summer.

Nice and quiet and close to train station and p

The area where the hotel was situated was really good, lots of restaurants and shops, also the underground was a two minute walk away. Schonbrunn was also just across the road. The hotel itself was abit outdated, and the sheets were never changed in the four nights we were there, even though we requested it. Three beds in one room was too much as you could not move around the room.

Hotel was in a good location for transport and to visit the palace. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were clean. Couldnt hear anyone in other rooms. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

It's next to the Schonbrunn palace and next to the metro. Very comfortable and good, knowledgeable staff. Only issue is that there's no AC, but other than that it's a good hotel.

We did not have a good experience. The hotel is old, clean but worn out facilities. Bathroom old, scuffed door. Window old. Bathtub drain clogged. It needed to be urgently renovated, especially the bathroom.

Nem volt rendes takaritás, az ágy feletti rész poros, nem minden esetben üritettek szemetet. Az ágynemü agyonmosott. Törölközök régiek, kutyák alá való.A reggeli amit beigétek 9 EU ért, sovány, minden nap ugyanaz. Az orosz tulajdonos összekeveri a két fővárost. Ha ezt előre közlik messze elkerülöm őket. Magyar vagyok nyögtük őket, tehát ismerősök. A Tulajdonos elutasitó. Mozgássérült vagyok, rendelkezem EU kártyával mégsincs a szállodánakmerre biztositott helye. Beautiful building on the wast edge of Schönbronn castle

The property is well managed and well kept. It is conveniently located and accessible to almost everything. The staff (and, I believe, the owner) were very friendly, sweet, and accommodating. My only problem with our room was the cramped space between the desk and our bed. I checked our bed; it was a bit old, but was ok. Will certainly love to stay again in this hotel next time we're back in Vienna.

Lovely older building "boutique" hotel. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me; I kept waking up during the night as my face would sink into the pillow. The bathtub/shower was a bit of a challenge to climb out of if you're a short hobbit.

It is a historic building with old style furniture. A small recently refurbished bathroom. All is very clean. The charm come with some minus: the mattress a bit uneven, poor sound isolation and the door to the room shakes with any air movement in the corridors. Ok breakfast. Wi-Fi quite unreliable.

An old-fashioned Hotel which has seen better days but one with bags of character. The staff were very helpful and there was a good value Breakfast in the morning. The soft bed wasn’t to my liking but the room was clean and spacious.

Very convienient to U4 line and local groceries, shopping.
