Other guests talking loudly outside the room until 1am, random guy knocking on the door to presumably find his dealer at 12:30, broken TV, smoked out room. Ended up booking at another hotel for the second night the first was not a decent night sleep.

Cigarette burn on bedding and bathroom floor. Towels had stains. This place wasn't clean. Trash on hallway.

a line of customers having nothing but problems room not ready manager rude ant not compliment many feature not working abd a lot more of nothing good to say about it.

Better than many places I have stayed. Need larger and more waste baskets

Scary! Rundown former motel 6. Our first clue should have been the former motel. 6 signs spray painted over with graffiti on it at the entrance . Bad part of town. We walked in our room, turned around and checked out. Felt unsafe and room had damage. Poor condition. People hanging around in the parking lot and on the stairs that looked rough and dangerous. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Dirty place. Stained sheets. Uncomfortable mattress. Drugs being sold and allowed to be sold. One set of towels in the room. No sign on door and housekeeping didn't even change towels or make bed.

My room smelled musty like old smoke. My sheets were stained and had burn marks. My 2 towels were stained and I was given 1 towel to replace and it was stained. The floors were dirty with black soot. My knight table was dirty with sticky drink. There was gum on the bathroom floor. Hair on my sink, dirt marks in the shower. Soot around the back of the toilet and on top of the shower. A manager tried entering one of our rooms without knocking and wasn’t able to because the security latch was on. She was questioning if we requested to cancel the room. That is never acceptable. There is no reason for an older facility to not have a clean environment or common courtesy to knock. After providing this information to the facility they stood by their no refund policy and we were not offered any compensation.

Where to begin? There were pubic hairs on the sheets. There was hair in the shower drain. The pillowcases, towels and bathmat were all dirty. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were drug deals in the parking lot. The night shift employee was incompetent and marked one of our rooms as a no show but gave us keys. This is obviously used as temporary lodging for parolees and homeless people. Someone tried to break down the door twice to gain entry. They came back with a metal pipe and were beating on the railing because no one would give them drugs from the room next door. The laundry room didn’t work. Guests had to come to the front desk multiple times to ask for towels because you only allow one towel per room. A guest reported that his gun was missing. I’ve never seen anything like this. Poorly managed with poorly trained employees. Unsafe property that should not be featured on large platforms without disclosing what the property is being used for.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. As soon as I walked into the room, the smell hit me—it reeked of tobacco. It was overwhelming, like someone had been smoking in there for years and no one ever bothered to clean it properly. I don’t know how this room was considered ready for a guest. Definitely would not stay here or recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.

It’s hard to know where to start. The clerk who checked me lacked the professional appearance you normally expect from a front desk clerk. And the people I saw hanging around would cause me to cross the street if I saw them walk towards me. But it was the dirty room that really turned me off. The floor needed to be mopped and the blood stain was unsettling. The bathroom smelled of urine and none of the tables looked like they had ever been wiped off. The final issue was when I approached a police officer sitting in his patrol car in the parking lot and asked him if he thought I would be safe staying here. He said honestly “no”. As he left another cop came in and stopped to talk to him and later a sheriff vehicle pulled through, so at least it is well patrolled. But I survived the night so it has that going for it.

Towels not available. Should avoid this property. Was better as a Motel 6.

No Microwave, no fridge, looked nothing like what was in the Google pictures. It says Park Inn by Radisson but the building has nothing that says Radisson. It use to be a Motel 6 before it shut down. Customer service sucks! Asked customer service for towels and they said they would bring some but didn't. Bed sheets were stained. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

I am trying to get my money back. I was only in the room about 5 minutes. After noticing how dirty it was & that the door didn’t seem to completely close I took photos to ask for a refund & left to find another hotel. It seems to be a place where maybe people live? Which is fine, except I had to squeeze past someone sitting on the stairs, and there was a bin & a bag of clothes outside of one room. It felt unsafe. Only gave the 2nd star because the staff was very nice when I checked in.

It's a motel 6, NOT a Park Inn as it's being advertised

This property appears to be in transition. I saw no signage identifying it as a Park Inn by Radisson, nor did I experience the level of service, amenities, or standards typically associated with the Radisson brand. In fact, the only visible signage was a blacked-out Motel 6 sign near the front of the property. While Motel 6 is a budget chain, in my experience, their standards for cleanliness and basic operations have consistently exceeded what I encountered here. That said, Santa Rosa is a pleasant city, and the property’s location is convenient—just off the freeway and close to restaurants, shops, and other services. The nightly rate was the most affordable I found when booking, and free parking is included, which is a plus. However, my room, located toward the back of the property, had several issues. It was noisy, noticeably unclean, and smelled of smoke. Surfaces and furnishings—including countertops and cushions—showed significant wear, with visible chips and tears. The parking lot also raised concerns: at least one person appeared to be living out of a car, and I saw them biking around the lot multiple times. Local police made routine passes through the property while I was there. In summary, while the convenient location and price are attractive, the overall experience fell short of expectations—even for budget accommodations. I hope the property is undergoing improvements, but as it stands, I could not recommend!

This Property was terrible, the room smelt of stale smoke, the linen was disgusting, the room was overall sticky and dirty. There was a full-on yelling match outside of our room early in the morning. There was also motel 6 hand soap in the bathroom witch is strange because its not a motel 6. Also, one bath towel for the entire room. The facility states it's a not smoking or 420 friendly place smelled like stale cigarettes and there were born marks all over the shower liner. Our room had a joining door with the room next to ours that the smoke was just pouring out of. We stayed 1 night checked out at 6am at first light. I tried to talk to the attendant his response was he would tell management. I would not return again and definitely not a place for children NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY

The mattress was springy , the sheets were stained with bodily fluids. There was only one towel. The TV wasn't working properly. The motel was full of sketchy street types. I ain't worth it, go somewhere else. I prepaid for two non-refundable nights but couldn't go through with spending one night there. I went elsewhere and was out a couple hundred bucks.
