A little outdated specially the living room sofa bed needed to be changed

Good location. Nice shower. I like the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap bottles instead of the little disposable ones.

The room was very comfortable and ckean I would stay here again

Although the hotel was clean comfortable with friendly staff the people above me were very noisy

Excellent staff, great breakfast,spacious room. Some furniture needs replacing, lot of wear. Breakfast room floor needs thorough clean. Front desk staff fantastic. Room was very clean. Breakfast was nicely presented.

The only reason for 4/5 rather than 5/5 is not really the hotel's fault....I was awoken several times in the night by neighbours who seemed to be drumming a beat on the walls or floors, or something.

Staff was amazing. Facilities were great. Room was excellent. Used Room Service and that was fine. Breakfast was very good with excellent variety and Daily options. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfasts could have more options, nothing much but fruit for vegans

The hotel was an excellent alternative to staying at the West Edmonton Mall. The rooms were clean and the staff were very approachable. The breakfast buffet also had more variety than expected. We had a slight delay in being able to check into our room but were provided with complementary food while waiting. In addition to being a short drive to the mall, several eating options were available just across thebparking lot. Overall, it was very good.

Excellent facility and breakfast

Very nice property. Furniture a bit stained which was not nice. Asked for a 1pm checkout and refused. Room on floor had just started being cleaned around noon. But I would go back. Everything else was good.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. The location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
