Muy centrico

Really great value for the price. Staff were all very nice & helpful. We felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast options were really good & probably our favorite part of our stay. Hotel is walking distance to everything. Nice rooftop pool too.

The property had missing parts of it drywall, the mattresses we unbearable to sleep on, we had to buy foam to put on the mattresses and didn't get much sleep because it was so bad. The water took at least 20 minutes to warm up and the mini split air conditioner did not work well. I would never stay in this hotel again.

For this budget price I just hope for clean and safe. However the room’s door handle was loose and barely locked, felt very insecure. Mattresses had plastic covering under sheets so very hot. Housekeeping did not service the room but took away all the towels (which were hung up, not on floor) and refused to replace them unless they were tipped. Fridge in room very noisy. Generally, the room and hotel smelled like mildew/mould.

El hotel bien, camas cómodas, desafortunadamente la habitación no tenia ni teléfono ni plancha, que son básicas, pero tenia horno de microondas y frigobar que no son basicos. Creo que un enchufe mas puedo haber sido funcional ya que eramos dos y no podiamos conectar dos celulares a la hora de dormir.

The location is excellent, very close to Quinta Avenida, but without the noise. An easy walk from the ADO bus station. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great options for food and all amenities. The beach is super easy to access. All in all, for the price,I really enjoyed my stay here. Would stay here again.

The A/C doesn't work

This hotel is fine for budget travel. Very centrally located. The property is dated and could use a total renew but beds were decent, shower was hot and the room was clean.

Todo estuvo muy bien está en muy buena ubicación todo cerca , dos opción es para ir a desayunar en lo incluido uno cruzando la callle y el otro a la vuelta de la casa esquina suficiente para un desayuno , las camas un poquito duras , y solo de noche salen cucarachas chiquitas especialmente en el baño , hay que tener cuidados para cuando uno ponga sus cosas de regreso en la maletas no llevarlas de recuerdo 😁pero en si , estuvo bien la estancia son amables en recepción .

Pretty basic hotel, blood stains on the walls and bed mattress was sunken on half the bed, smelled stingy. Pretty much the only reason to stay is because there was nothing else available.

I have stayed here many times over the years and have always enjoyed it.

Basic and old, decent location for the price, would stay here again

This hotel is an okay option just for 1 night. But I could not stay there longer. The hotel is outdated and dirty. The lobby and inside area next to the lobby look interesting and kind of stylish. But my room was awful! It reminded me a road motel’s room. I payed aprox $27 per night with all taxes included, and I believe this price is right for the hotel’s quality.

Playa de Carmen is nice place to visit. The hotel needs some remodeling and maintenance - WiFi so so not always get hot water not so tidy hotel.

Nice hotel for a good price. Balcony was nice to sit out on with nice breeze. Everything very clean but the bed was a little hard. No elevator on the side I was on. Good staff and friendly. Close to everything and walkable to beach, restaurants and bars.

Hotel is charging your stay in USD with a rate that doesn't exist even at the airport exchange booth. Because of that I had to pay CAD 50.- extra for my 8 day stay. You can ask (Online) to pay at the hotel in USD cash. Cleanless should be improved. Location good.
