The most uncomfortable pillows that I have ever had the displeasure of laying my head upon. Words cannot express how bad they are. I would rather lay my head on a pile of bricks.

It is a nice hostel in a great location. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The only issue I encountered was that the A/C was not working. It turns out that there are no independent room A/C unit controls in each room. The A/C is controlled remotely for the whole building. They had turned off the A/C option and only heat was available due to the change of the season. Although it was a little cool outside at night, the room was really warm. I was told to open the window but the room never cool down. Other than that it is a great place!

This hostel is the perfect location, Gran via is a 4 minute walk. other attractions, restaurants and convenience stores are near the hotel, especially bars. Father down you will find tapas bars and outdoor dinning, 10-15 min walks. All kinds of transportation are around. Train station is a 20 min drive from the hotel definitely recommend

Overall this was a great option, great location was walkable from everything and was very safe! the room was clean and was perfect for a cheaper option hotel. would recommend to anyone coming to madrid

Con: The hostal is in desperate need of renovations. The rooms and bathroom are extremely small. The towels were rough and some of them had a stain on it. The garbage from the previous customer was still in the bathroom. If you need a blow dryer or iron, you have to go to the small hallway and get it from a basket. It gave me cheap motel vibes. It was expensive for a hostal. Pro: it has AC and has an elevator (it’s very small though). It is in dead center of Gran via, lots of restaurants and bars. The receptionist Israel was very helpful with planning an itinerary.

Good experience overall The hostel was clean, safe, and in a great location. Staff was professional and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others. The location was perfect, close to everything.

The hostel is on the 2nd floor and difficult to find. The towels were like sand paper. The AC was nice on a hot day. Location is good, near a lot of restaurants and shops
