Nice Service, facility, and very near local attractions

Horrible, staff wasn’t helpful or friendly. I had booked a two bed room and was giving a one bedroom room. I asked if there were any two bedroom rooms since I booked one for two beds. The lady was giving me such a hard time to switch me to a two bedroom room. Kept asking me why would I want a two bedroom room when it’s only me. The room was horrible. Water flooded not even a minute into showering. Bed sheets had holes and smelled awful. Internet doesn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work. Overall horrible

My reservation wasn't found in this property also was full ( as the attendanceguy, informed us). So we need to look around to find another hotel. I contacted travelocity and they refund my money. But I will recommend to call before your arrival to confirm your reservation from the hotel ( from travelocity was confirmed). I never had any problems before this one.

Overall it served the purpose of my trip which was just for sleeping however I didn't like the fact that there were no electrical outlets at the head of the bed. The location of the hotel seemed very good to me since from there I was able to walk to the main attractions of the city center.

Very basic hotel, clean. Ok customer service, great location, you gotta leave big keys up front, towels had a better life year ago :(

Property is down town area. In front of police station.

the room was very very small and I got some bed flees The receptionist was nice but the rest of the personal was not friendly like Mexican normally are.

There was no cold water, fan or A.C in the room. Closet was blocked with bed. Parking is limited.

The hotel is okay if you just want a place to sleep, nothing fancy and doesn’t have air conditioning but I slept with the windows open to get some fresh air at night. The only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work in my room, only in the lobby. Close to the main church and plasas, breakfast was good and tasty.

The hotel was walking distance the center .. but the hot water too long and the Breakfast voice was horrible pork skins ????

Not what i was expecting dirty and smells really bad i told the staff that the room smells really bad they just told me it wasnt there fault never again in this hotel not worth paying for this hotel

Poor quality but great location in Morelia. Weird smells because of sewer in room.

Upon our arrival, all we got from the front desk was a bad face and not even a welcome to our hotel or anything. The room was more like a motel room, cheaply done, with just the bare minimum, towels only 2, no extra toiletries, small room, the plugs were placed inside a closet?, noisy, the "FREE" breakfast was horrible, they don't even ask you or give you an option of what to eat, the just come and put the food on the table like you are a beggar. Tasteless food. The are was good for walking downtown, that's it!

hotel is nice for the price, street noise can be bit of a problem is you're not a sound sleeper. Hotel is in downtown but not in the main center short walking distance to most attractions.

Good hotel close to downtown friendly staff and I like that they have breakfast buffet included with the price you pay for your room. Overall good experience and economy price.

Is not an excelent location but is Ok. Need a security guard during nights
