Loved this hotel, staff and cafe. Great neighborhood, close to metro-a very lovely area. Will definitely return.

Wonderful hotel in 12th district. Friendly staff, clean room, perfect location with restaurants, shopping and public transportation nearby.

The room was clean. It didn’t have basic stuff like a steamer or mini fridge and items to make coffee but it worked fine. The area is good and you can access central Paris easily by train in around 35 minutes mostly. The area was also buzzing and had nice pattiseries, a few pharmacies and other bistro like restaurants.

Fabulous place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Had a great stay at Le petit Cosy. Great location; very friendly staff; very nice rooms. Croissants repeatedly ran out at breakfast, but otherwise highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and the staff were so friendly. Location is excellent and right opposite a metro station which can take you anywhere in Paris. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Paris!

It provided my young son and I the absolutely perfect stay. Being on the Metro 1 route (just a few minutes walk from Nation) we were able to travel freely but also enjoy a non-touristy space in the evening. The rooms being directly above the restaurant was amazing. The bistro is packed every evening - full or Parisians enjoying wonderful food. We loved the sharing platters and the chocolate pudding! The staff were very friendly, efficient and couldn't do more to accommodate us. It was great to be able to take drinks up to our room.

A simple room, but very comfortable. Air conditioned and very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent and good value. Well situated for the Metro: Bel Air, 5 mins away. Overall, great value, we will definitely return.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Patis, easy to get to by public transport ot taxi. We stayed in a twin room. The room was basic but fine for sleeping and the cafe/restaurant was open all day with a nice atmosphere. The beds were not as comfy as i am used to, but that could be age on my part.

This hotel has been a nice discovery. It is simple but has been modernized, beautifully decorated and, as it turns out, a delightful and interesting location: a quiet but historic neighborhood. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel in a lovely part of Paris. The staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant is superb.

Cosy by name, cosy by nature! Very comfortable room for my overnight stay and suitable for my needs. Transport links are great as well, with regular connections to and from the main train stations given the metro a few hundred metres away.

So nice being right above restaurant as well as grocery stores! Also metro station is right across the street which was so convenient to get around.

The property was very clean and convenient but I would have loved to have an elevator.
