I read a review said that the only best part of this hotel is its location.. Its right! The location is very strategic and secure. As its in the middle of causeway bay & wan chai. You can go easily to everywhere. Public transport & airport express shuttle is near. Whereas the staffs are horrible. They tough their pronunciation is clear. While I cant clearly understand what they're explaining. I just cant understand why they keep almost shouting every time. Cultural differences I thought.The bed is hard. Bathroom door using automatic switch, which I couldn't understand why the switch is located outside the bathroom as we cant open the door by yourself from inside the bathroom. But as what I expect just a place to sleep then any other else are still acceptable.
