1. Cheap price. 2. Everything inside the room is very old except the refrigerator. 3.The air conditioner is excellent. 4. Limited parking. 5. The outside is very nice 6. The toilet is also very very old.

Friendly and enthusiastic worker! The location is a bit far from the center but in return the cheap and delicious food!
