I’ve stayed in nicer motels in 3rd world countries

The room was not clean to start with and there were long black hairs all over the towels. I stayed 4 nights and after the second night I asked the front desk that my room be cleaned and they said it would be. It was not. My room was not cleaned and I did not get fresh towels during my stay. I spent the whole time there trying not to touch anything. ALL of the towels and sheets were stained.

We had a very bad experience with this motel. We had to cut short our 2 night stay to just 1 night. During the first night the room’s ceiling started to leak due to rain. When we woke up there was lot of water on the floor. Our shoes were soaked wet and all our bags were also wet. We informed the front desk. The lady at front desk came to see the situation and offered a refund if we checkout. Here comes the disastrous part: after checkout she refused to refund for the night. She said that she can only refund for the unused part of the stay but cannot refund for the first night when the roof was leaking rain water into the room. We were shocked at what had just happened. We asked to speak to the manager. She said that manager is not available and she does not know when he will be back. Instead of compensating us for our loss: they charged us for that night where room was leaking water from the ceiling and they also checked us out of the hotel! This caused us to look for other hotels at short notice and pay very high prices. Please stay away from this hotel.

Building is old ,the outside of the room was dirty,parking lots was unsafe.Some crazy people hanging on the parking lot…

The area that I was staying in in the hallway, it smells like cat piss inside of the building that I was staying in on the second floor

Room stunk

Reserved a room for my niece’s graduation and when we get there, it was a long day after flying from another state and we get there and they say that the room was canceled because they try to charge the card on file and it was declined when there was no charge made or anything, they didn’t even try to call me to verify. and we had to look for another hotel and had to pay triple the amount we had already planned on spending because of them.

worst place I have ever stayed

The first two nights I was placed in the building where smoking was allowed. It had a horrible smell, and was not clean, my daughter became sick due to the animal smell, and cigarette smell. I was told I had to wait until sunday to see if their was another room available. The reception was amazing the two women who attended me were so kind, sweet, and attentive they made sure that my next available room was amazing, clean, and very comfortable in a non smoking area.

Everything is old and broken. Ac missing the temperature dial, can’t turn it on, no TV remote control; bath faucet broken

The girl who check me in was very friendly and nice I love it very attentive

It took a while for staff to greet me when I first arrived. They don't offer shampoo and conditioner. There were dead insects near the window and broken furniture around the property.

I have stayed in some dodgy places before but this was a new level of low. And for the price, criminal. As was a definite portion of their clientele. The best things I can say for this place: they give you the fifteen minute option of getting your money back if you hate it; the service tried to be "normal;" it wasn't the worst bed I've ever slept on, and there's a neat tree outside. I'm omitting all the negative things because the list is too long and I'm sure you can imagine at this point. But hey, if your looking for a place to be able to likely find drugs and prostitution, this would be your jam.

This is a horrible place to stay. Ive been to better Motel 6 before , but the one at 20 Jefferson Avenue in Warwick Rhode Island was the worst place ive stayed. The electricity terrible and the bed is terrible, the walls are dirty, the air conditioner dont work, the windows are broken, the bathtub was dirty, the hallways are filthy, too many peple smoking pot, the card door key didnt work to open doors , broken door handles and locks, no coffee pot no microwave no refrigerator was not provided in the room. I rate this Motel 6 a complete disaster. The roads to enter the property are full of potholes. They need to renovate and probably relocate. Sorry i didnt get to take pictures but i speak the truth. Theres no need for me to be exaggeration about this place.

It’s has excellent service at the front desk and room clean. When we order the rooms threw expedía. I request for handicap room. The note was not taken. The lady in the front Reception gave us a handicap room.
