The hotel itself was great - but i was disappointed to be told that a carpark was not included. It isn't specifically stated one way or the other in the booking and it's something I would consider to be a given.

Melanie and the receptionist on the late shift made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, even making the TV work when I arrived. - wanted to watch the tennis!. Very impressed with your snack bar at the reception - a suggestion a few ALTERNATIVES for DIABETICS and GLUTEN FREE SUFFERS I went to the recommended restaurant- excellent. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you. ☺️🇬🇧

Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was well appointed, clean and very liveable. The area was safe and had everything you needed in close proximity to accommodation. Restaurants were also close with great menus.

Had an issue with the shower leaking, they were quick to fix it.

Great overall experience and my room was immaculate. Will come back!
