Didn't check-in. It 's a pity for the staff they only follow the orders from the owner who was sitting and eating without interfering. Resort was completely empty, but we were not allowed to go to the room before 15:00. We arrived a little after 12:00, but the way we were treated felt very uncomfortable, so we decided not to use the service and left.
