The best Hotel in Lazaro Cardenas

We loved the charm of the hotel. Staff were nice. We made sure to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was clean and so was the food. We brought different family members there just about every day of our stay to eat there as well. We enjoyed our stay.

VERY OLD

This hotel has the basics. Hot water, towels, soap, shampoo, everything that should be there. But when we got to the hotel we got this smell coming from the outside, it smelled like sewers at night, which was an issue with sleeping. In the morning we found dead cockroaches at the hotel. The internet was not working, which was an issue bc I had to do school work. In the bright side, the hotel is pretty, and it’s really close to downtown, there’s not much to look around in that town, but it’s pretty cheap and the nearest beach is around 30 minutes. For the price it’s alright, just don’t have high expectations. As I said, it’s not bad but it’s not great.

I really hate giving this place a bad review because it is beautiful. But, the staff was not very accommodating at all. We went down to the restaurant just to get coffee and they charged us an outrageous price and they were very rude to us and looked at us like we were a couple of bad people. They told us since we booked our room somewhere else beside the hotel that we had to pay for the 4 oz coffees. The toilet did not flush correctly, there was no hot water I MEAN NO HOT WATER, the towel bar with the towels just fell off in the floor. The first thing that happened when we got to the room was that the toilet paper roll and holder fell off in the floor. Bad time for that to be happening. They gave us very minimal amount of towels and there was no Kleenex or coffee or any other amenities in the room. Very disappointing we will never go there again!

Close to public transportation

Friendly staff. Room comfortable but ac was only on or off full, nothing in between. Good value.

Peacefully clean

No problems until you ask for an invoice. After 20 days, I’m still fighting to get it. They charged me, not Expedia, so they are responsible to provide it.

The location is awesome. Everything is close. The staff were all attentive and professional. Cleaniness due to the covid pandemic was taken very seriously. The wi-fi in the room was a bit spotty but workable. I will definitely stay here again when passing through Lazaro Cardenas

This hotel is very clean, quiet and staff are very helpful. Walking to town 10 minutes.

Air conditioning isn’t working in my room, needs maintainability in between stays

Comfortable setting. I only hated the fact that there was no irons in the rooms. When I called reception for one they couldnt accommodate me.

The room was fair the bed was very hard and later it started smelling like cigarette smoke so I called the front desk to ask about the smoke but they said it should not be that way. It made me sick and I checked out early. There was also a popping noise from what I guess an electrical switch that popped very loud and was scary. the room did not have dark curtains and light came through all night, very sad.

Very pleased. Free breakfast cant complain. Friendly staff clean rooms air conditioning was the best part.

Hotel is okay. There were some issues like one burned out light bulb, not iron available.
