The room was comfortable and clean. And breakfast was fine. Convenient location not far from Baltimore. Was quiet at night and slept well in the bed. Gave this place 4 stars because I recommend there be a specific floor or side of the hotel saved for guests with pets. Our room was next to one where a guest had a dog that barked loudly and woke us up early in the morning. And the barking continued when we returned back to the room in the afternoon. Made our stay a little unpleasant while we were there but otherwise things were fine.

Area is not good after dark but convenient location to the convention center. Front desk staff were very helpful in answering our questions. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very cheap, has nothing in the room. Not even a single plastic cup, no coffee machine. The breakfast is very low quality

The room was very clean. The bathroom had everything in liquid pump bottles, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I love that. The cabinet fridge was very spacious. The other side of the cabinet had little shelves, for food storage. The TV was a big screen. The bed mattress, was very comfortable. AC was working really good,. Room was niice and cool. I will stay here again.

I had stayed in Hampton Inn before at other locations had very good experience This one was terrible right from the entrance dirty carpets , smells in the room , bed sheets were smelling Staff had poor English skills I told him that the tub drain was clogged and next morning guy showed up to fix the door lock 😊

Upon Checking in I was told that the room I reserved was not available. Upon receiving the “other” room provided, i wasn’t offered any accommodation. I was in town for work and needed to extend my stay one day. I asked the receptionist if I could remain in the same room, she said “just re-book online.” I re-booked and afterwards, was told the room I booked “wouldn’t allow for me to remain in the room.” So long story short, due to technical reasons, I had to relocate inconveniently, to another room on the 5th floor. My question is, if my original room was “given away”, why not just compensate by allowing me to remain in the same room in which I’ve paid for? I will NOT be returning to this hotel. Not the best neighborhood.

Nice Hotel Great breakfast and coffee. BUT!! The swimming pool was an ice bath. My children were looking forward to having some fun. Unfortunately that didnt last long. Very close to shops and food. Would stay again. Just bring a wet suit.

Was not a good location. Low budget hotel with constant “activity” next door, which caused concern. Another party with us had to call the police regarding noise and concern for guest’s welfare at 3am, when front desk staff was alerted twice and did nothing.

I picked this hotel after and extensive search because it showed a room with a bath tub due to the fact that I am disabled and use the tub for pain management. However upon arrival the room only had a stand up shower. When I went to the counter to ask for help I was told they could not help me because I ordered the room from Expedia.
