The incidents related to the TV system, air conditioning, water leakage, as well as the sound from the fire alarm system and the self-flushing toilet are unfortunate and certainly do not reflect the service standards we aspire to provide. Regarding the location, our place is designed to provide a quiet space, close to nature - however, it may be a bit far from the center. We take note of comments about the road at night and will try to improve the lighting system.
