Property was conveniently located to restaurants! Breakfast was awesome! Did not like how LOUD it was at night, even with windows closed.

Definitely is not a 5 stars, terrible mattress, not smart tv, low quality bedding. The room is big and clean. The employees are nice and pleasant and great breakfast.

This is not a 5-star hotel, far from it. I could be one if improves a few items such as transparency on their early check-in policy (the manager Mara gave me a few inconsistent explanations on the policy and each one did not match the other). Not customer service oriented at all! If they want to reach a 5-star status, they should refer to the Ritz-Carlton customer policy. The rooms were not properly cleaned (please see attached photos) and in one of rarest nights that it is a little chilly in Ribeirao I reached out to the comforter in the closet, but felt old, gross and dirty (please see photo) and could not use it.

Very nice hotel and excellent service. I didn't like the bed, the mattress is old. I didn't like that they had only 2 pillows, the other two had covers of other material which I didn't find appropriate in this time of COVID infections. I didn't like the a/c location in the suite because it hit you directly when your in bed, there was no way to direct it otherwise.

Quarto espaçoso, excelente limpeza, atendimento excelente da recepção e restaurante. Somente o colchão do quarto fazia um pouco de barulho. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Tudo impecável, perfeito! Fica a ressalva de quando tirei o carro do estacionamento, em que já havia pagado antecipado três diárias, e na hora de ir embora, fui chamado para acertar mais uma diária, pois havia passado 50 minutos do fechamento da diária. E falei que como havia passado 50 minutos, deveria pagar a fração de hora (13$), no entanto fui informado que para hóspedes funciona apenas com diária. Apesar do estacionamento ser terceirizado, vale o comentário e insatisfação.

Hotel muito bom, mas infelizmente deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos, principalmente em relação à temperatura da piscina. Considerando o padrão Premium, esperava mais, especialmente com as facilidades atuais para aquecimento. Ainda assim, vale a pena pela estrutura e serviços oferecidos.
