Very good location! Stuffs very friendly and kindly. They has self mark coffee and tea in common area which is very nice!

Letting us know that there are snacks in the common area. A bowl of blueberries and some ice cream. Note in room saying complimentary snack in fridge. Fridge empty!!! Read breakfast but there was none. We didn't receive initial email. Could have been smoother.

Very comfortable bed Quiet at night Near restaurants

Disappointed more with the customer support than the room. We drove 5 hours and wanted to rest. The place looked lovely from the outside and once we started to set up. We noticed some black thing on the bed once we got closer look we found mouse feces on the bed sheets and under the beds. We tried to contact customer support but no one answered for several minutes. Our family members then discovered used things on the kitchen liked used ice on the sink. Dirty wine glasses and when we open the fridge there was mold (see pictures). Overall the place was very dirty. Customer support when we told them they claimed that the room was not dirty (see screenshots) and that the housekeeper was just there and told us to wait until tomorrow! Obviously we packed our things and asked for a full refund. They finally called us after calling them multiple times and they claimed “they couldn’t answer the phone. When they called us a guy very angrily said they will never give us full refund because we “refused” to get our room clean even though they wanted us to sleep on mouse feces. We were there maybe around 20mins or less. Don’t recommend it at all. Nothing.

The room was nice and the location was good, but there was absolutely no one you can contact from this property. No front desk. All the phone numbers and email address provided were not working. The checkin link didn’t work for us at first and it was frustrating that there was no one to help.

Its really convenient.

This was the worst, most over-rated, over-priced hotel I have ever stayed in. No coffee in the room, cheap furniture, luke warm water, paper thin walls, runs down hallways, no humans anywhere. They give away fee alchol in the community space, which is probably illegal, but a test sip proved it was borderline poison. Avoid at all costs

I love the check in and check out experience, I don’t need to talk to anyone and it’s completely online and self service!

Very comfortable, easy place to stay for a quick solo ski trip. A little noise from downtown can be heard, but easy to drown out with a good white noise app. I especially appreciate the amenities in the communal space. Would recommend!

Quick straightforward

It was a very comfortable stay. We will definitely book this location again. Great gem of a place in Tahoe!

I made a reservation online and arrived at the property and they didn't send me the information for my entry! And they didn't answer the several calls I made, we spent hours outside in the cold and wind! Then I was left with my husband and children driving around for hours trying to find another hotel! It was horrible!!!

Was nice for the price

The floors were dirty when we got there , no one answered the number to call for customer service check in was a hassle , seemed very sketchy . The bathroom sink piping looked like it needed to be repaired . The shower curtain kept going inside the shower causing a huge mess everytime the shower was used

It was walking distance to the village. There was no staff, they never pick up the phone when you need something, even during biz hours. They send too many emails and instructions, . They even said there was instruction on the last day for my check out and threatened me they will charge me if I didn't follow their instruction the I never revealed. I.am.not watching my email when I am traveling, and had no reception.

Disappointed that it advertised daily housekeeping. We did not receive any housekeeping on our 4 night stay. We even requested it. They agreed to send someone but never did. We had to request a second time just to get clean towels. Overall not a bad place but do expect follow through with requests.

Don’t expect any service but if you are looking for a clean place to get some rest close to shops, skiing and the casinos, this place is great!
