Was an easy process and very friendly people

internet didn't work for a full day and night, staff was rude and unhelpful, and the bed is very uncomfortable.

Good room, excellent staff.

Cheap furniture, good service

A great place if you just need a place to sleep and then move on to other activities. Very clean and easy parking too. Not many amenities but we didn't need them so it worked just great for us.

The hotel is in an area of town where I wanted to stay, but the room was too dirty for me to stay after the first night.

The room was clean and was reasonably priced but ended up leaving after the first night due to the unsafe conditions. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot and could hear people all throughout the night. Someone even tried to get in the room around 2am. Stayed in the 1st floor and heard every movement from above. Felt every spring in the bed. Would highly NOT recommend staying here.

When we arrived they said they overbooked and would not call around for another hotel. I told them I had arrived from Arizona they didn’t care Earlier in the day they had called to confirm the reservation which I have on voice mail

There were bloody stains on the curtains and sheets, the bathroom door couldn’t close properly

This is excellent for this type of hotel: a place to keep your stuff while going into the city to get stuff done. This isn't the place for vacations, no pool, no room service. It's great to stay in the city when you plan on spending time everywhere else but the hotel.

This property was clean and smelled fresh. However, there were no amenities, i.e. hair dryer, iron and ironing board, hangers.

We booked for 4 adults there was no soap nothing in bathroom and no drinking water in room
