If you like train noise from the adjacent train tracks disrupting sleep, then this is the place for you! The train was heard and its vibrations were felt often throughout the day and night in two different rooms. It seemed to be a commuter train with it passing by every 10 minutes or so.
Moreover, I paid for a suite with king size bed and was provided a queen bed in room 422. Two Franco front desk employees tried to tell me it was a king and dismiss the claims (when I had moved from room 421 with a king bed due to the train noise). I should have been compensated for the discrepancy, but I was not.
The train noise from activity on the tracks adjacent to the hotel makes for unpleasant sleep.
The hotes was clean, but not conveniently located.
Two of the three staff members were not helpful and somewhat rude.
I don't recommend staying here and will avoid it on my next trip to London.
