The hotel staff were so nice and helpful, it was clean and comfortable with beautiful bed line and the best pillows! The breakfast that was included was delicious

They kept pumping in a weird fragrance into the air in the room. The room was also too warm and no fan. I tried opening the window for the smell and cooler air but it was really noisy outside. Small chipped shower too The night table by the tv was old and “sponge painted”

The hotel is a highlight in a slightly bleak area. Although the service and staff were excellent and the room pricing very affordable. Not much to do in the surrounding neighborhoods.

I was staying here under very difficult circumstances (severely ill husband in local hospital) and the staff were extremely accomodating, helpful and sympathetic. I had to extend on a day by day basis and could not have been treated better by the Reception Team.

Nice comfortable stop-over for the ferry to Greece, a few minutes drive from the port check-in. Good food in the restaurant. Friendly staff and good service. Comfortable clean room with a good shower. Enjoyed my stay, already booked again for later in the year.

Overall, Hotel Europa was a very clean and basic hotel. It’s located in the town outside of Ancona, so make sure you take the train to Ancona Tourette, not Ancona. There are not many resturaunts in the surrounding area, unless you want to train to Ancona. However, Buona Buona, the resturajnt in the hotel, is actually quite good. Definitely would recommend eating there over a nearby restaurant if you’re not able or willing to trek to the main part of Ancona. The cleaning service did an excellent job both days I stayed and provided us with fresh towels and linen each day. We never had any problems or setbacks with the room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Free parking, excellent wifi, a nice restaurant, and a great free breakfast. Staff was very nice. The staff that we dealt with didn't speak English, however. We like it that way!

OK, nothing interesting around that area, also no restaurant except McDonald & Hotel's restaurant that open late.
