When they refused to honor my reservation for accessibility (I have a slipped disc in my lower back and am legally disabled) I filed a complaint. The very afternoon the front desk clerk said the system was telling him not to rent to me. Considering the quality of the rooms and the lack of any sort of customer service, I was confused by the moderately positive rating on here. That is, until I looked more closely and realized there are numerous dummy reviews (end of May, one guest have multiple 10/10 for the same night). I would say you get what you pay for but that's just not true, there are numerous motel 6 in the metroplex with amazing customer service such as Farmers Branch and Irving DFW East. The people that own this franchise are crooks and do not care about customer service.
