Good customer service, huge rooms and nice overall

The property is fantastic. The rooms are unique. The personnel is amazing and the location is unbeatable. The only thing I would give ding it for is the fact that the rooms have this combination of old colonial architecture with modern industrial decor, which sometimes can feel a little too forced. Otherwise, an excellent place. I will stay at MSR again.

The property is very well situated and convenient to nice dining experiences.

Beautiful expansive room. Great location and helpful friendly staff. In particular, Armando Mendoza at the reception desk was really helpful and great in our many inquiries & requests. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a beautiful, historic property in the heart of Queretero, within walking distance of pretty much whatever you’d like to do. The staff was attentive and helpful for the most part. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the failure of the water supply on my second night, which was not resolved by the time I checked out. I asked a couple of people at the front desk whether they would adjust my bill given the issue, but they were noncommittal at best. I understand that maintaining an old building can be a challenge, but the host should have been more willing to make up for the obvious inconvenience.

Great value for such a beautiful property. Perfectly situated in the middle of the historic area.

I got there at 2:00am and was greeted and checked in expeditiously. Excellent customer service. Room was excellent, absolutely no complaints.

The facilities, service and location are great. Noisy. Pretty bad sound isolation. Loud music and people walking

The property was absolutely stunning and the service was great however, a little TLC to the room would’ve been a bit better.

La verdad este hotel es de los mejores que he visitado, el personal fue super amable, la habitación estaba de lujo, hermosísima como estilo hacienda. Mi vehículo me lo entregaban en cualquier momento y ellos lo estacionaban sin problema. El restaurante y bar de lujo y la comida excelente. Definitivamente volveré. Y por supuesto la ubicación esta de lujo y conveniente para visitar el centro. No tuve ni el mas mínimo problema gracias al personal tan amable y atento. Si pueden visitar no se arrepentirán, de los mejores lugares en Querétaro!!!
