The room was missing bed sheets & not enough towels .i requested towels & never got them .staff wasn’t to available .

Place was nice, just a little too far from the city center.

Outside Rome centre but very useful location for congress I was attending. Extremely good value for money and very good service. Would stay here again.

The property was clean and well looked after, but very old. Definitely in need of an update.

The property is very dated and desperately needs a renovation. The bed was like sleeping on a box spring. The hotels ratings is way off base.

Location in a nice park. Entry and hall slightly used. Rooms OK, clean. Breakfast sufficient. Wifi in the room OK. Very bad acoustic insulation - you hear everything from the hallway and neibourghing rooms. Rubish in front of the gate.

The hotel outside looks a bit dilapidated but the rooms are big enough and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Far from the city centre but only 15min walk from the metro station.

We chose this hotel because it was located close to where we were meeting up with a tour. The room was very nice and spacious and clean! When we travel to Rome this will be our hotel of choice. Buffet breakfast was good with a wide variety of both hot and cold items.

Sept. 16 & 17: The carpeting on the hallway from the door was damp! Small room; no light above the working desk; the internet WiFi was terribly weak. A few front desk staff were somewhat unfriendly. Location was quite and very good however; and breakfast was average.

The tv in the room was an old type and very small

Room was clean but had limited A/C and seemed to be tailored to tour groups rather than jndividual guests. Breakfast was a cattle drive type of funnel through expedition. Nearest subway station was a mile from hotel with no shutle service and minimal sidewalk space. Would not recommend unless no other options were available,

One of my selection criteria is always airconditioning. Sadly it was not working/ available. When i requested a fan for my room..I was told they did not have one.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed whilst attending a congress in the area.

This hotel caters mainly to tour groups. An excellent choice if one is driving own vehicle as there is ample, free and secure parking. An older hotel that is situated on a large gardened property which is a delight for Rome. The furniture and decor is stark and cold. I would rank this at most a 3 and a half star hotel. The closest Metro is Cornelia which is a brisk 20 minute walk on Via Aurelia. Few amenities in the neighbourhood although there are a restaurants within a 10 minute walk on Via Aurelia.

Rude staff on front desk manly .. beds and pillows need to be replaced and the entire hotel is extremely tired .

The hotel is homely. The staff were excellent especially in the reception, the restaurant & the bar. These staff made our stay something special. The restaurant food was very tasty. The room was clean & comfortable. The location is slightly out of the city but means that it is not as noisy as hotels in the centre. The Metro is only a 15 minute walk away which will get you to most of the visitor attractions.
